Earl Grey

Description:

This beautiful tea has been hand blended to create the perfect balance of floral notes. Visually there are bright pops of vibrant orange and blue cornflowers and an aroma that captures the sweet perfume of bergamot.

Our Earl Grey has been double infused. The first infusion is with bergamot oil, which gives the tea its signature Earl Grey flavour. Secondly, the tea has been infused with the rind of the bergamot, which permeates through the tea.

Brew:

Add 2 teaspoons and Steep at 100C for 3 – 5 minutes

Black Tea, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Bergamot, Cornflower Petals

How to drink:

Traditionally, this tea was served without milk; however, it has become more commonly consumed with milk. We have designed this blend to be flexible and work either way.

Unfortunately, Teabags can limit the ability of the tea to infuse evenly, especially in high grades of tea which need more room to expand during the steeping process. So that you can get the best experience, we highly recommend that you use an infuser or pot. Not to mention, less packaging is better for the environment.
