Description:
The Dejoo Estate is among the top ten estates in the prized Assam growing region located in the North-Eastern India corner of India, south of the Himalayas. This tea is full of golden tips and produces a rich red liquor. It is also full-bodied and malty like any classic Assam black tea but lends a unique, creamy texture. The liquor is very smooth and sweet on its own but also works well with milk.
Brew:
Add 2 teaspoons and Steep for 3 minutes at 100C

How to drink:
This black tea is well balanced and can be served with milk or without milk. If you choose to drink it black it is best to reduce the steeping time to approximately 2 minutes to ensure the tannins remain well balanced.
